Terrible, absolute cowboys
Most of these reviews are faked by the employees of Auto Pavilion and their families. They need as many good reviews as they can to deceive and trick vulnerable people into getting a car through Auto Pavilion. The technique used is to flash up an online agreement while on the phone. As soon as you say yes, the agreement disappears and there is little contact to find out the actual facts and figures.
If doing business with them, INSIST on an emailed agreement. Take your time to make sure it IS what you can afford. Double check the verbal promises about the car with the contract. If exchanging a car INSIST they sign the V5 document. My old car was registered in my name and accruing multiple speeding fines. Auto Pavilion refused to help me and I have spent hours filling in forms, writing letters and sorting out paperwork. Auto pavilion cut corners, are unprofessional and unresponsive.

Car on finance
Never thought I would be able to get a car on finance. I will admit the car is amazing.. I would have liked a little bit more of an update as it was the first time I've ever had a finance and I feel the could have kept me in the loop abit more. Apart from that absolutely happy with the service and the car. I would highly recommend auto pavilion to anyone 👍👍

Filled in on line application and had a call back from Adam from there office team who asked some basic questions then Adam done all the work for me.
Unbelievably I recieved by delivery the very next day my car, only 1 small hiccup which was delt with swiftly due to fantastic communication by the staff.
If you deal with Adam you can most certainly buy with confidence.

Fantastic !!!
From start to finish excellent service very professional. Can not fault this company from my first enquiry to receiving my new car Phil was amazing very thorough kept in contact throughout. I absaloutley love my new car it arrived In immaculate condition . As for all the bad reviews I’ve read I honestly wouldn’t take any notice of them this is a great company I’ve had no issues whatsoever and my car is perfect !! Thankyou so much !!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
**AVOID AVOID AVOID** They take your money/custom and that’s all they care about! Was told I had several features on my car for it to turn up with none of them. Had faults on car within 6 months of which they offered to fix after a lot of hassle and then comes back with more faults CAUSED BY THEM!!! I was then told to enjoy my weekend and the boss will enjoy his weekend in his X5. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Don't touch
I've had a car from this company had the car over a year and there are still faults with the car.
The chap who dealt with me was very unprofessional and quite threatening at times all contact was through WhatsApp??

Appalling!
Me my partner got a car on finance from this company in June. We still have not received the log book in the October! Every time I ring up to enquire they are very rude and tell us that it’s lost in the post. I rang the dvla and they said that the log book has not been received. The customer service is appalling. Would not advise anyone to use this company

Amy Boyling Hi Keryn, we had a very similar experience with this company! They failed to complete the needed documents to take ownership of the car back in September 2017. Since then we have received countless letters saying the car had been parked illegally and they were chasing us for payments! This is still ongoing to this day. I would be interested to know if you ever managed to have your issue resolved, as we have not.

Told they could help part exchange for bigger family car promised a call back within the hour twice both which never happened.
Spoke to one of the team yesterday about part exchanging my current finance car for a bigger family car due to expecting a baby. They promised they could help and would call me within the hour. They failed to contact me all afternoon even though they promised to call within the hour! So I called today again got the same story will ring with in the hour and nearly 2 hours on and no phone call. Sounds like they tell you want you want to here to get you.off the phone to deal with new customers with more no at and better credit. If they can't help a person they should explain that on the phone instead of making out they can help you and keep someone hanging by a thread of hope.

Disappointed
I spoke to Collin and deep who was very helpful. I was advised o would receive the car same day. After signing the agreement online i was advised the car won't be delivered until the next day (Thursday). Received a call on Thursday saying it will delivered the following Tuesday (today). Rang this morning to be told It will come tomorrow. I signed the credit agreement 6 days ago and i still do not have the car. You get a 14 day period to cancel if you wish. I have 8 days left and still not received the car. I also offered to collect the car but was advised i couldn't. I am going to cancel and i am waiting for someone to ring me back. The people are very nice but the process has been very stressful. I have no car after a week of signing agreement.

If you want a car without the fuss and the hassle of looking at cars then just go to autopavilian!!! Spoke to deep in the morning and by the afternoon the car arrived! He was so helpful and took care of everything! The car is superb!! Thanks for all your help!! 👍👍😁😁

Excellent service
Auto Pavilion were so helpful in helping me get the car I needed for my business. I needed a specific car which they let me know they had got in on the evening of the day I called and enquired about a car. Not only that they went out of their way to send a driver with the car over to me in Oxford for a test drive as I work for myself so struggle to get time off. Chris was so helpful. And I love my new car !!! Thanks again Auto Pavilion. Would recommend to anyone.

Rubbish sold a car that broke down within hours
Do not use this company they were quick at getting us to have the car and told us it was a great car within 12 hours of having the car it broke down they didn’t seem bothered our aa breakdown went out the window as the car had broke down already they still didn’t seem to care we’ve had the car 6 weeks and still it sits on our drive unusable and doesn’t start and they want us to get it to a garage and get it fixed as we are 2.5 hours away from them they won’t send out there recovery truck as they want proof it’s broken totally wrong would not recommend them they lie and sell dodgy cars to desperate clients total con company will be reporting to trading standards their response was oh well we can’t please everyone also we haven’t even received the v5 after 6 weeks! Even the finance company called on our behalf and were told they want proof the car is broken well hello the damn heap of shite doesn’t start and bleeps and bleeps engine management lights all over place what more proof do you need!! My advice is avoid avoid avoid

Big thanks to the the whole team for there help
The team managed to sort my finance when i didnt think i could big thanks to the team after having the car for 3week the gear box failed but the aftersales took care of everything even know i was worried that they wouldnt cause of the repair bill i would definitely recommend auto Pavilion to anyone who's looking for a car with a great aftersales team for worry free motoring once again big thanks to the team for looking after me finding the car i wanted and sorting the repair work

No after sale care
Car delivered without a log book, I was told they taxed the car so It would just be a case of waiting for the new log book to come in the post. I checked with the DVLA and they had not taxed the vehicle, like they said. They’ve applied for a log book so I asked what I was to do in the mean time, I was then blocked on what’s app. Amazing until they have your cash then they couldn’t care less. I’ve been ignored and lied to, absolutely appalling customer service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I'm still totally gobsmacked at the level of customer service, the efficiency and professionalism of this company!! I applied for car finance with the worst credit ever!! They treated me as an individual and not just by my previous credit rating!! I made my application at 9.30am and received my amazing new vechiel at 5.30pm the SAME DAY!!! I dealt with the most fantastic man called Chris, and he was nothing short or far from amazing!! Auto pavilion, Thankyou!! So very much!! It's certainly a thumbs up and five stars from us!!

Would highly recommend Auto Pavilion great service and didn't need to travel all done over the phone and car got delivered to our home address. The car is lovely just what we wanted the battery was low when we got it and didn't seem to charge but we got in contact with Chris who we had been dealing with and he sorted it out straight away. Great customer service Chris 👍. Not only fab from the beginning but even the after sales he has kept in contact to make sure everything has been ok. Would definitely recommend Auto Pavilion to anyone.
