Superb as always
We purchased a vehicle from Birchwood previously and the service and care were brilliant, hence going back again. We’ve now purchased our 2nd car and the service and attention was no different. Updated throughout the finance application and a speedy service to collect as we needed urgently. I cannot fault these guys and highly recommend.

I cannot share how amazing my experience was and the support from the team, from start to end.

Jamie first message and was so informative and answered everything I needed before arriving.
When arriving Dean was on site to help me. I had a request to leave with the ideal car that day and when I tell you Dean went above and beyond to help all my requests, he did and I am so grateful.

Everyone working on site there was warm and welcoming and made me feel like no questions was too small or too much.

If you are looking for your next car purchase this is the place, i have never felt so sure of purchasing a car and knowing it was the right place then here.

Brilliant
I can’t praise these guys enough. We were travelling a very long way to collect our chosen vehicle and 3 hrs into the journey we had a call to say the underwriters had declined our finance for a very peculiar reason. We had already paid a 8k deposit so we’re more than a little concerned. However after a few calls back and fro we had the finance package sorted and at a cheaper rate. We collected the car the next day. Very grateful to Dean and Jamie

Worst company ever
Was sold a car within a hour of delivery cars engine light came on was told to take it to a garage even though it was apparently all checked over before delivery which it never was probably just turned engine light off by look of other reviews on here so once it was taken to garage for diagnosis was showed car had multiple problems ,engine was running rich o2 sensor gone ,turbo faults no boost,losing water suspected head gasket,crank pulley warped ,losing coolant auxiliary belts worn out all these issues was present when i was sold the car would not trust this dealer at all will be a big mistake if you do they sell faulty cars look at reviews for yourself you will see what I mean once I contacted them back to tell them they didn't agree to pay for faults but wanted their mechanic who was not capable of seeing issues before it was checked to repair it so i refused car and when calling back to get my refund of deposit i had phone put down on me by kelvin and did not answer when called back a few times these so called dealers are cowboys you will not get a car that works so please stay away and dont even bother buying from these
