Excellent experience
We visited on the Sunday to look at a few cars we’d seen online and on the Monday we collected our new car. It was so easy and straightforward. Russell, the salesman was so helpful and really friendly. There was no pressure just advice when we needed it and very easy when we decided to buy. I would highly recommend Britannia Car Sales if you are looking for a new car.

Amazing garage
I purchased a c3 aircross from them. From start to finish excellent service by Shane. Even have had an issue with the car battery but Shane dealt with it and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Can't fault this garage excellent staff and service 10/10

Fantastic service

Great service and even better car!
Drove from Hampshire to Newport to view a Vauxhall Combo and was delighted with the service provided from the whole team. Shane contacted us minutes after we enquired about the vehicle and booked us in early the next morning! We felt Shane went above and beyond when fitting us in as we had such a short space of time we could come to view the vehicle, which we really appreciated. Britannia Motors had a great price compared to other garages and are absolutely loving the car, no issues at all.

Good Experience buying
Had been looking for a new car for a couple of weeks, saw one on car gurus at this garage and made an appointment to see it. Shane greeted us and let us look at the car with no hard sell at all, he was so friendly and talked me through everything, he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend him and the garage to anyone, overall made it so easy for me.

Recent change of wife's car.
After searching for many months, we found a suitable car for my wife and on our visit to Britannia, we met Russell who was mist helpful with advice on our chosen short list.
We received a fair offer to part exchange and the whole process, including the retention and transfer of her private registration was done very professionally.
I would thoroughly recommend Britannia to anyone considering a change of vehicle knowing that they will recieve excellent service.f

How easy was that?
Thank you Shane for making our ‘day out’ to Newport such an enjoyable experience. To be collected from the train station in the car we had come to see, gave us a test drive and a ‘free taxi ride’. Nothing is too much trouble, and I would recommend Britannia to anyone. Ps Shane makes a decent cuppa as well.

Excellent service
I purchased a lovely Honda from this dealer and I'm very pleased with it. Immaculate condition which goes for all the cars they have there, I struggled to find fault with it or a speck of dust in the car. The attention to detail was superb, there's no rubbish on their court. It was a relaxed experience, my young son and I were made to feel welcome and I would like to thank Archie for being so hospitable as to greet us and make us coffee and soft drinks. I was given as much time as I wanted to inspect and test drive the car without interference or pressure but Archie was attentive if I needed information. I was given good money for my old PX and left with a 3 month dealer warranty. I would definitely come back to Britannia again and would recommend them to friends and family. They seem like a customer orientated and transparent dealer. After i bought the car my son even got to sit in a BMW sports convertible and start it up which made his day.

The best customer experience I have ever had
I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today. I bought a second hand car from this garage over the weekend, and my experience with them was brilliant from start to finish. Firstly, I travelled from London, so they arranged for (and paid for) a taxi to pick me up from the station. Then, the process of actually buying the vehicle was really straight forward; I’m not usually a fan of a salesman, but there was no sense of that typical approach here. Archie (who talked me through everything) did so brilliantly and I thought his manner with me was spot on. I also really liked the fact that he didn’t pressurise me into buying any extras - in fact, he didn’t even mention any! Furthermore, on returning home with the vehicle, I realised there was an issue with the air con - they straight away arranged for someone to come to my work place in London and resolve it - truly fantastic service! But most of all, they have provided me with an excellent vehicle at significantly better value than anywhere else I could find - and I have spent 6 months looking! Great job. If I ever buy a car again, you are the first place I’m looking!

Saw a car that was exactly what we were looking for online but it was nearly 200 miles away! Called Britannia and spoke to Stuart, he was extremely helpful did a video walk around of the vehicle assured me the car was in excellent condition. Purchased based on his assurance and planned the long trip to Wales. We could only do Sunday which was Stuart's day off but he kindly agreed to come in to do the handover. We arrived were met by Stuart who showed us around the car, it was exactly as described immaculate! The purchase could not have been easier despite the distance, a very honest company who I would happily recommend to anyone. Stuart was brilliant!

We visited Britannia motors to view a well presented Kodiaq and were met by Stuart who was very welcoming and offered a cold drink on arrival thankfully as it was a very hot day. As well as being very professional and friendly, Stuart was obviously very knowledgeable about the car and dealt with our questions fully and in layman's terms. His demonstration of the layout and instruments was delivered so well even i could understand it. We had a great deal on our part-ex too thanks to Stuart. I can't recommend Britannia motors highly enough and Stuart even more so. Many thanks Stuart it was a pleasure to meet and deal with you and we have recommended you to all friends and family.

We just bought my daughter a beautiful 1 series BMW, the car was as described, Stuart who was the sales representative for Britannia was truly a joy to deal with, not pushy but very knowledgeable, I've purchased cars from an alternative dealership for the past 20 years, but Britannia Motor company are a fantastic dealership and one I would recommend.

I recently purchased a car from Britannia Motor Company and, as I live in Northern Ireland, I wasn't able to view the vehicle in person before buying. Stuart went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He sent me a detailed personal video of the car, highlighting everything I needed to know and being completely open and honest about its condition. The information he provided gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. After buying the car, I flew over the following day to collect it. Stuart kindly arranged transport from the airport and had all the paperwork prepared and ready to go, as I needed to drive straight to Scotland to catch the ferry home. The whole purchase process was seamless and stress-free. Stuart was genuine, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Most importantly, the car was exactly as described, and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart and Britannia Motor Company to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Excellent customer service and a first-class buying experience.

Just collected our new car from Britannia Motor Company. It was a Sunday and Russell really looked after us, including our dog who was in need of water after the long drive up from Kent. Russell was so busy there all on his own but provided a first class service. He was so friendly and professional making everything so easy for us. The car is amazing and just as described. Well worth the 4hr drive to get it. Would thoroughly recommend this dealership to anyone 👍👍👍

I recently purchased a used BMW from Stuart at Britannia Motor Company in Newport, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call, Stuart was excellent. He provided detailed information about the vehicle, answered every question I had, and was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. Went to the showroom and was greeted by our salesman Stuart,showed us around after asking our budget to car in that range. After seeing a few we chose a peugeot which we liked,when we started it it was not Petrol as we wanted. Stuart then said not worry as he has a petrol version but not yet on line. He took us to see it,showed us all around it so we decided to buy it.put a deposit down then went back the next day to finalise the deal. Stuart explained the workings and all what the controls then we took it out for a test drive happy with the car we completed the transaction. A nicer person you could deal with very knowledgeable about his job. Very polite and helpful,as the car didn't have mats he said he would order some for us. Would definitely go back to him when we need another car. Recommend Britannia Motor Company for value and service.

On arrival was greeted by Stuart who introduced himself and asked if we needed any help. He showed us a variety of cars with great knowledge of them all. Was very helpful and answered all our questions (there were many). Took one for a test drive then made the decision to purchase. The next day we collected the car. Very please with our purchase. Went to visit Britannia Motor on the 29th March to see the blue Ford Tourneo Connect but also saw the white version. I was able to test drive both cars and inspect them both top to bottom. Russel Stoneman was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole sale. The car had a couple of things to do like a valet etc Russel didn't hesitate to get it all sorted. Would highly recommend and will be back in the future. Thank you for helping me upgrade the car.
