        I needed a car at short notice and discovered a great deal via car gurus. On contacting Neil, the process of ordering and delivering the car (on a Sunday) was slick, friendly and professionally handled. He went out his way to make sure the car was delivered as described.           Brilliant guy and excellent service
          I was looking for a new van for ages and this put up on AutoTrader, so I part exchanged my old vehicle and it went so smoothly.

          Genuinely nice person to deal with and kept me updated throughout the sale. As I say it went smoothly and the hand over was done within a few minutes. Cannot stress enough that you should buy from this guy. Very professional service also.

              Neil was really helpful, friendly and decent - without the ‘pressure’ you get from so many others. I bought my Vauxhall Astra EcoFLEX SRi from Hashtag Cars last year, was very happy with the condition I received the car in and have been thoroughly enjoying it’s performance since then too.                 Brilliant, such a relief to find Hashtag!
                It was with some trepidation that I approached the task of purchasing a car for my sister, who is returning to live in the UK. I had my brief and budget so started trolling through the cars for sale columns. A search engine put me in touch with Hashtag Cars and I contacted Neil… from the outset, I felt comfortable with him and his advice. A foreign feeling when dealing with second hand car businesses. As Neil said, I’m not so much a dealer as a reputation builder and this was born out in our subsequent dealings. The right car was purchased and is being delivered to our family today. All paperwork completed and my sister and I have been so grateful to Neil for going the extra mile. Trust him… Neil doesn’t let people down.

                              So I bought my car from #cars 2 weeks ago. From the start Neil was fantastic and very honest about the car I was buying, I traveled from Edinburgh to Luton to collect so he made sure there were no surprises. Honestly a very trustworthy company, if you have any troubles Neil will do his best to help you out. Fantastic company!

Had to buy a car in lockdown, Hashtag gave me a very good video call showing me round the car, pointing out any imperfections, such as scuffed alloy, so nothing was a surprise when I went to collect the car.

                                                                  The hardest part was finding their premises! Tucked away to the north of Luton, with no signs to indicate their presence.
                                                                  The Hashtag name suggests a modern way of buying, over the internet. I'm old-fashioned and went to see the vehicle in person. It was as shown on the website.
