Unlike some other car dealers, you get a good comfortable experience as soon as you come to Oakwood. We were never put under pressure to purchase and when we eventually decided to purchase our new motor the deal was straightforward and effortless. Totally recommend this place.

Well run business with friendly staff
No problems with these guys, everything was straight forward, only had the car for a day, but i expect no issues as all preparation was spot on. Purchased a 2010 plate and it looked brand new. Friendly, relaxed and helpful, can't ask for more really.

Car Purchase Experience
4 yr old , 15k miles car initial enquiry with below asking price negotiated on phone prior to viewing and test drive.
Car as described upon viewing and sale agreed few days later. No issues with storing the car for a few weeks to allow me time to collect from Scotland.
All documents and servicing history present and correct on hand over. A pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend using them again

Not great
Well after leaving a positive review last week of the company I would now have nothing positive to say apart from Andy and Jason today. My father bought a car last week, I then looked at a car in the forecourt and was told we can do a double deal, however due to credit I thought I would never get the car. 3 days later I was passed and it was mine, no communication in between. Went to collect the car today with no deal what so ever, £4 fuel in the tank knowing where I lived and nothing knocked off paid full price. No refreshments offered until asked. Over £12,000 spent in 1 week and not enough care of fuel to get home ever after no discount, not a lot to ask!

OMC Hello Jade, we are extremely disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with the lack of fuel in your car. We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and will look in to your complaint.

I have to say we have worked very hard to get your finance placed and get the car ready for collection as promised and the car looked fantastic when it was collected. We had put 5 litres of fuel in before you collected the car as the fuel level was low but unfortunately that wasn't enough to get you home.

Easy..... like a Sunday morning
We found Oakwood on Autotrader when we were looking for a 'newish' Audi A4. They had plenty of stock all at various prices / colours and after visiting a couple of garages a bit more local to us earlier in the day and without any success we decided to drive upto Bury for a last look of the day. The car we had looked at online was in the showroom, exactly as described and looked as new. After speaking with Danny about the car and what trade in deal we could do we decided to purchase the car. This was gone 4pm on Saturday so we paid the deposit to secure the car and although we were eager to have the car as soon as possible, realisticaly it would only be ready the following week. We were kept upto date with progress on Monday and Tuesday and it was ready to collect on Wednesday afternoon. It was a smooth transaction and will recommend to anyone who is looking at purchasing a used car at a competative price.

Great service

Quick, easy and hassle free
I bought my new Audi A3 through Jason. He didn’t put any pressure on me to upgrade in any way, he simply helped me choose the right package for me. Very friendly customer service that puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality but affordable car. You could not tell mine wasn’t brand new! We collected our new car yesterday after calling in without any prior contact on Monday to enquire about a vehicle we had seen advertised online. We were warmly greeted by Olivia who then took care of us throughout the whole buying process. The vehicle wasn't actually on site so she offered to bring it for us to look at( only took 5 mins). We were able to go straight out on a test drive and then discuss what we felt about the car. Her approach was warm, friendly and genuine. She gave us time to think about all the options and we didn't feel forced or rushed. The handover was also smooth, and although we are still getting fully comfortable with the car we are very happy with the service we received by Oakwood but mainly by how Olivia looked after us.

I had an excellent experience with Oakwood Motor Company from start to finish. The whole team were very helpful throughout the entire process and made everything straightforward and stress-free. A special thank you to Louise, who did a fantastic job sorting everything out. I was travelling over from Northern Ireland to collect my car, and she even stayed on past closing time to make sure I could collect it. That level of customer service really went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated. I couldn't be happier with both the car and the service I received. She was brilliant .. really professional, friendly and I actually don't know how she could have been any better at her job. Mark was very pleasant to deal with he was very low pressure I didn't feel under obligation to buy and I found the whole sales process very relaxing I felt that mark understood that there were certain logistics…. Also test drive was the most ideal situation mark just said I'll see you in 20 mins and I was very content with that he didn't come with me and the decision to buy the car was entirely my own overall good experience

Hi there, I'm Sidd, and I've traveled down from Stoke and bought a car from this dealership in Bury and I can say it's one of the best services I've had all round. I was served by a wonderful salesman called Riley who ensured that all of our needs were met with the car, test drive, and prep of the vehicle before purchase. On top of that, he even asked if there's anything further he could do to sweeten the deal for us - genuinely a great service after having done so much for us already! Riley is a great individual and I'm sure Oakwood is proud to have him on their behalf - represents the brand in a great manner, and reflects integrity alongside passion, which is something hard to come by these days! All in all, super happy with my purchase of my new Mercedes. If I had to recommend Oakwood again, I would.

I bought a car from Oakwood just over a week ago and I cannot praise them enough. Due to my credit circumstances I found it tricky to replace my old car, but these guys made it so easy. A special thanks to Ryan who made my whole process a complete breeze and even though I live over 200 miles away from them, everything was done via phone calls and emails and it was so smooth. Arrived on the day to collect my new Mazda and it was presented perfectly, all documents were ready from the moment I arrived and it was sorted so quickly. If I ever need to replace my car again, I would strongly consider going though these guys again.
