Friendly and Efficient
Thanks to Callum and Martin for sorting out my recent purchase. Living in South Wales, most of my interaction was over the phone. Excellent Best Used Car Company I ve Used
I have had many Vehicles over the years with this company all have been brilliant and all have had a warrantee. 6 months in with this one the cambelt went... Stebbings Breakdown assist got me home! Stebbings Service Team sorted it! Brilliant Thankyou Philip and the team!
Yes you can buy cheaper!..... But you will not buy better! Complete peace of mind!

I would definitely recommend Stebbings for viewing and purchasing a car. I was left alone to view and test drive an Audi A5 with no hassle from any pushy salesmen. Car was faultless and ready for collection on time as arranged. Just a couple of things that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The car was NOT a one owner as advertised on their website so check the V5 before purchasing and I did wonder why there was a horse in their car park? That would be for the cowboy fitter who crudely forced 2 big screws through the rear number plate straight into the rear tailgate, distorting the metal underneath the number plate!! He/she didn't bother using the original screw hole plugs or even pre drill the holes so when I fitted my private plates, I had to sort out the mess of flattening the chewed up surface of the holes and then cover them to make them waterproof! Not very professional.

One of the most honourable family run car dealers
If you looking for after-sale support look no further - I was extremely impressed with the sales process no pushey attitude from start to Finish, a lengthy test drive unaccompanied was hugely helpful to get the right feel for a car - from agreeing a price to collection everything went as planned.
Unfortunately just over six months down the line started having some knocking noise coming from the engine and after speaking to my local BMW specialist was told that the rods were knocking and had damaged the crankshaft and would require a new engine costing upwards of £9000. With full BMW history I was shocked to say the least - having taken out one years warranty provided by auto protect when purchasing the car from Stebbings I thought this would be covered but when their evaluator came out he put it down as wear and tear which at 69,000 miles on a fully serviced BMW is unacceptable. I tried my insurers for help and they said mechanical is not covered and contacted BMW who couldn’t help - this became an extremely stressful situation with no car for business for over 6 weeks- thankfully as a last hope I sent over one email to Stebbings and Rich in servicing really was amazing. He said they are a Family run business and wouldn’t want to see any of their customers in this terrible situation he arranged the next day for my vehicle to have a fully reconditioned engine at their local engine restoring experts at a very fair contribution from me of £2.5k saving me around £6k with a courtesy car during the whole repair - I couldn’t have asked for more any questions I had were answered clearly and quickly, I was always kept up to speed on the repair and when the car was ready I was delighted. The car runs like new now and back to better than when I purchased it 6 months earlier. I would hazard a guess that there’s only a few car dealers in the country that would bend over backwards to help customers in this way. I would recommend Stebbings to everyone who’s looking for a trustworthy and honourable family run car dealers - there can’t be many left like this anymore. Will definitely be returning the next time I want to change my car.

I'd recommend Stebbings Car Superstore to a friend because the service was efficient and friendly. the cars had prices and information in them and were open as opposed to other places we went where the cars were locked and had QR codes instead of proper lists., we felt this was most important as we do not use QR codes

Stebbings Car Superstore were great because Martin, the man who helped me find the best finance option for me was so kind and very detailed about everything I needed to know,I told him I’d have to travel to them for just over 2 hours and he straight away said that I can take the car away on the same day which was a massive help and I really appreciated that. A very good company to deal with, I would highly recommend
After a previous bad experience with a company who shall not be named, I located a vehicle at Stebbings and made a call to gather more information. I spoke to a very helpful and understanding saleswoman called Neamh. She immediately set my mind at rest and told me everything I needed to know about the car. We liased all week and she sent me a video of the car so I could see up close what the vehicle was like prior to my 4 hour drive to get there! I also dealt with a salesman called Dan who was also extremely helpful and pulled out all the stops to get the car ready for me. Upon arrival the showroom is pristine, I was greeted and taken through all the necessary paperwork in a professional manner before being shown the vehicle. The car was in a lovely condition and presented well for sale. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this company.

Neamh - Excellent service
Neamh was exceptionally helpful when it came to purchasing my new car. The vehicle was in perfect condition and very well valeted upon collection. She made sure I was able to drive away at the end of the day, even though I cut it fine to when they were supposed to close (she was also happy to stay behind after). Looking round recently for a Volvo Xc 60, I chanced upon one with Stebbings, 3 months old and less than 600 miles on the clock for the right price. I called and spoke to Dylan Bertie who - in our subsequent dealings - I found to be polite, friendly and professional. We haggled a bit, sorted out a deal (I thought my trade in was slightly undervalued, but you always do don't you?) and I collected the car last Friday - and so far so good! This was the first time I'd used a non - franchised car dealership for a long time, but my experience was positive so I'm happy to recommend Dylan and Stebbings, and would urge them to open a branch in the South West - they're in King's Lynn and we live just south of Bristol!

Excellent experience
Had a really good experience on purchasing a Ford Ecosport from Stebbings. Jake looked after us very well and was not at all pushy. The car had a couple of small marks in the paintwork when we saw it and he ensured they were buffed out prior to collection along with ensuring the car was serviced and MOT'd. The car looked great when we collected it this morning. Well Done Jake for making our purchase an easy one!

My experience at Stebbings Car Superstore was great. I had a few issues with my car at the start (air con condenser was leaking and a tire valve was leaking), but Stebbings soon took my car back and fixed the issues.
