No service
Well I’ve purchased a car from them was very polite on the meeting done my test drive got the car back home Suzuki ignis and the oil light kept coming on so called these guys and said they couldn’t help me and I needed to take the car to reditch to be seen at least is only had the car 3 weeks so i took the car to my garage and he said the oil filters leaking and the 2 arms on both sides have corroded I needs doing we checked the service stamp and said it’s been serviced went on line and the car service hasn’t been done although they stamped to say so now we’ve had to pay to get the leak fixed and the 2 arms on both sides to correct the tracking the lady who I spoke to also told me the machanic who looked at the car before our purchase has now since left I’m so glad we’ve took out the warranty for This car as we will be claiming it all back from them and up to know dissatisfied and disappointed as I’m a career I need my car she also told me oh it’s just the diagnostic need fixing this was obviously untrue now just got to get the car fixed

Mixed.
Bought a car for our son 3 weeks ago. Dealt with a lovely lady - didn’t get her name but she had dark/black hair - who was more than helpful and very personable. Went back this week for a small previously agreed job to be done and initially spoke to Natalie. We had an issue with the rear tyres only a week after buying the car which I tried to discuss with Natalie to see if any claim could be made under the warranty. Natalie was immediately on the defensive. I tried to show some proof from our tyre fitter, to show that we weren’t trying to ‘pull a fast one’ but she just said ‘I don’t need to see it, I’m not doing anything about tyres’. After some appealing from me she reluctantly said she would speak to the service department, still being quite waspy. When we went back to collect the car the other helpful lady provided a reasonable explanation regarding the tyres which we accepted. My only point and the reason for 3 stars is that Natalie could benefit from some customer service training. There are better ways of dealing with customers in order to deal with a valid query without instantly being quite short and stroppy. You may not want to listen but try to at least hear the customers point of view and deal with the matter in a more helpful manner.

Ford Fiesta 2015
Staff on the phone and on-site have been very friendly and professional all the time. I bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta, and I had no bigger issues so far, except the wing mirror glass fell out because it was held in with some blue tag. I don't blame the dealer for that as it was impossible to spot this. They immediately offered to fix it. But in the end, I decided it was not worth the 90 min drive. I just bought a new mirror on Amazon for £12, and it all works fine now. On the whole buying a car from Tiny Little Car was a very pleasant experience, and I can only recommend them.

Might be called Tiny, customer service not!
I've been looking for a new car for a while and was not having much look. However I found my car via Auto-trader and visited the garage on a Saturday - due to the distance we only arrived an hour before they were due to close - but the lady stayed beyond normal closing to allow us plenty of time.

`A Very Second Hand Car Experience
We didn't expect much and we didn't receive it, walked through the door to be told "Over there", it was a bit rough. Signed all the papers, sat on a squiggy sofa in the way of the member of staff who was helping us. Got in the car with absolutely nothing explained to me. Apparently my husband was told, you know where everything is, but it was me who was driving the car home. Got the car home, it is a lovely little run about, which is really all that matters. Very clean inside, mats removed, nice valeting job, enough fuel to get home, not the best ever experience and the car is fab. If they have a car you want go for it. So far no experience of issues being resolved.
Not open Sunday or after 2.30pm on a Saturday even by appointment.

Disgusting customer service
Having had the car for such a short period the catalytic converter light came which for some reason has not come on again. However there is now a knocking / clunking when pulling away. Twice I have contacted the provider. Not impressed at all. If I have to go to my local garage for this I will bill the provider

Great service
Got a car from here this week, drives lovely, really tidy inside and out for the year, buying at the lower price range can be a nightmare but to be honest this is the first dealership in my price bracket that made the effort to present a car immaculate inside, reasonably low mileage of less than 60000 for a ten year old car, so far everything seems to be great, they also give you 3 months return to them, parts and labour guarantee which I'm hoping I dont ever need, so far I can say I would definitely recommend the little car company to anyone

Honda Jazz purchase
I saw an advert for a used Honda Jazz car that fitted my requirements. I rang Tiny Little Car Company and arranged a viewing and test drive for the following day.
Upon arrival I was able to see a member of the sales staff immediately and she was diligent in answering all my queries. The car was as described and everything went without a hitch.
The next day the car was ready and waiting to be picked up. All the formalities were completed in no time and free to go.
Purchase had been made with no problems, no pressure, no hassle. All in all a very favourable experience. Thank you Tiny Little Car Company. 😊

Amazing car company
Bought my car from here this week. Great customer service, discussed it over the phone, with fantastic staff who left it to us to made the decision. Great purchase!
Very pleased with purchase of Citroen DS3 1.6 e-hdi. Very low mileage for 63 plate, good amount of service and mot history provided. Purchase price hard to beat. All questions about the car reliably answered. Car delivered to the door on time. Could not test drive in advance due to pandemic restrictions but reassuringly car drives very well and exactly as described in advert hence 5 stars.
